About Me:: Beth has been teaching group fitness classes for 18 years.
StrollerFit franchise owner/instructor for 3 1/2 years. Certifications include, ACE group fitness instructor, AFFA personal trainer, AEA certified. A.S. in physical therapy. Beth has two children ages 5 & 8 years. She resides in Sarasota with her husband Erich. Beth's passion is to work with moms of all ages reach their fitness goals and help educate our kids on the importance of fitness and nutrition. She works on creating Awareness of Children's Health.
