Free Yoga On Siesta Beach with Avananda

About Me:

I have just moved here from Hawaii, where I have lived for 20 years. Now I am here to care for my parents and to start a new life. I teach 3 free yoga classes on Siesta Beach but hope to do more for television soon. I was on the local public access station in Maui. I enjoyed teaching all aspects of Yoga and spirituality on television and hope to do the same here.

I don't really know yet. It gets cold in the winter. It never really gets cold in Hawaii where I'm from and I like the change of season.

The terrain is flat I'm more used to mountains
