- About Me:
- I am 54-years old. I have lived in Sarasota since 1983. I came here as a partner in a statewide law firm but opened my own practice, Levin Tannenbaum, in 1995. I handle primarily construction cases and loan workouts. I also am busy bringing Central and Eastern Europeans to Florida to buy real estate and invest in businesses (See floridaventurepartners.com).
I am very happily married to my wife of four and a half years, Susan. I have four kids from my first marriage, Owen (formerly Harris) 18, Brian 16, Tess 14 and Abby 14. They are
all great kids.
My wife and I do a lot of self discovery seminars around the country. The most notable have been with Landmark Education and the Human Awareness Institute (HAI). In October, I completed a great Mama Gena's seminar for men in Manhattan. I am presently enjoying a Landmark Education seminar on comittment here in Sarasota.
My hobbies/activities include kayaking, hiking, walking the beach, tennis, working out , playing cards and surfing the net.

European Investment in Florida
Europeans love Florida. At least a third of all Florida real estate transactions involve European buyers. A relatively untapped market is Central and Eastern Europe. Many of these countries have prospered over the last 20 years (since the wall came down).
